Hi, assalammualaikum and selamat sejahtera to all who read my blog. This is my third blog and this is about my second chapter that Chef Naim had taught to us. Our second chapter tittle is stock and sauce. In my second classes I late to attend the class and sorry to chef Naim because of my late. So as our punishment, Chef Naim told us to sing a song as a punishment and we'll not be late anymore next class. Then we started learn in chapter 2 about stock and sauce, some are difficult to memorize the amount of the ingredients as the right amount to cook actually but I'll try my best. In French ' mise en place' means to put in place like all the equipment in one place so we can cook easily without any    difficulty, the mise en place may hard to pronoun but I'll also do my best to pronoun it correctly. Unfortunately we only learned half of the chapter because of our lateness.

Hi, assalammualaikum dan selamat sejahtera. Now i want to write a blog about my first Theory Of Food classes. We had learn how to play kahoot games. The kahoot games is very easy to play and much interisting games. The ways to play this kahoot games is there will be a question and you need to answer it in 10minutes. Who answer the the question faster and right will be the winner. After that, we also had studied about out first chapter it about introduction to food which is taught by Chef Naimm. On that day, i got some knowledge nutrition and also substances. I also learned about the effects of applying heat to food will change the texture, falvor, aroma, appearance and colour of that food. Besides that, Chef Naim also had told us about our coming soon assignment that we need to do in his class. Our first class with Chef Naim is ended at 11.30 a.m and he gave us a tasi to create a blog and write about my self and need to submit it in edmodo. That’s all i want say about our first class. ...

Assalammualaikum and hello to you all, My name is Suhaimi Bin Hamzah. I was born on the 30th of October in 1997, which means I am 21 years old right now. I have got 4 siblings which i'm the second elder in my sibling and I got an elder sister and 2 more younger sister. Then I also got my mom and dad too. I'm just only close to my youngest sister which now in primary school. I have been living at Sandakan Sabah and studying primary school at SJK(C) CHI HWA and secondary school at S.M. St. Mary Sandakan.
